Vendor Fees

Interested in becoming a vendor at Picks & Pours?

We’re now accepting inquiries for three vendor types:

Beer Fair Vendors – Showcase your brews to 400+ attendees
Food Court Vendors – Serve up your signature eats
Gen. Merch. Vendors – Merch, crafts, or unique offerings welcome!

Vendor Information:

$200 per space.
Beer Fair includes a 6' table and 2 chairs.
Merch vendors include a 10'x10' space. Bring your own tent if desired
Food Court allows for one standard food truck with signage.

Notes: Electricity may be available for an additional fee.

Insurance Requirement: All vendors are required to carry general liability insurance and must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the following as Additional Insureds:

Picks and Pours, LLC
Northern Wisconsin State Fair Association, Inc.

Failure to provide proof of insurance before the event may result in forfeiture of your vendor space.
