Additional Notes:

• Sponsorship contributions help support local vendors, regional musicians, infrastructure costs, and nonprofit partnerships.

• Logos are requested as soon as possible, however, must be submitted by June 1, 2026 to ensure placement on printed materials.

• Payment is due within 30 days of the signed agreement or no later than May 15, 2026.

• Tickets will be distributed no later than a week before the event.

• Should the Picks & Pours festival be canceled for any reason, the Sponsor will receive a full refund of any sponsorship payments made, issued within thirty (30) days of written notification of cancellation.
