Sponsorship contributions help support local vendors, regional musicians, infrastructure costs, and nonprofit partnerships.

Logos are requested as soon as possible, however, must be submitted by June 1, 2026 to ensure placement on printed materials.

Payment is due within 30 days of the signed agreement or no later than May 15, 2026.

Tickets will be distributed no later than a week before the event.

Should the Picks & Pours festival be canceled for any reason, the Sponsor will receive a full refund of any sponsorship payments made, issued within thirty (30) days of written notification of cancellation.
